Trim Celtic suffered defeat after the long evening trip to Kingscourt on a wet and windy night. Ruaidhri O’Rourke opened the scoring for the home side mid-way through the first half with Aaron Ryan equalising shortly before the break, Darragh Gunne restored Kingscourt’s lead on the hour with Trim Celtic’s comeback attempts made more difficult by the dismissal of James Goggins. Brian Hanlon wrapped up win for Harps shortly before the final whistle.
