Match Report

Trim Celtic opened well and scored after 7 minutes through a clever finish from Henri Devine. 8 minutes later Henri got on the end of a through ball from Sam Lynch and calmly rounded the keeper before finishing. Henri`s pace was a constant threat and with a firm shot from the edge of the area he completed his hat trick 6 minutes later. Trim were well on top at this stage and the defence coped well with any attacking threat from Bohermeen. Casper Jagodzinski in particular defended well and Finn O Connor and David White were very solid at centre half and Nathan McCormack continued his good form at full back. Bohermeen got a goal back through a penalty for hand ball 5 minutes before half time. Donal McGale got his hand to the penalty but couldn`t keep it out. Trim were on top again in the second half with Evan Smyth, having come on before half time, attacking well on the left hand side. The Hoops continued to attack and Jack Fagan, Dylan Smith and Oisin Comiskey were unlucky not to score. Trim Celtic's fourth goal was a beauty and came from a throw in from Sam Lynch to Dylan Smith on the end line who beat his man, delivered a great cross which Donal McGale cooly stabbed home from 5 yards. Mark Christofferson contributed well when he came on at full back. There were some excellent performances with Aidan Scott outstanding in central midfield. Man of the Match award went to Casper Jagodzinski whoput in an outstanding performance at left full back.
