Trim Celtic Chairman David Tully receives a FAI Club of the Year commemorative plaque from FAI Chief Executive John Delaney

The club is proud and delighted to announce that we have been named FAI Club of the Year. As part of the FAI’s AGM weekend Trim Celtic were chosen as one of 8 clubs to compete for the top prize. Our delegation travelled to Athlone early on Friday morning to set up the display booth which was exceptionally well put together. The team were on hand to answer questions from the FAI officials and guests including Senior Manager Martin O’Neill. Celtic were the first club to present and the preparation of the whole part shone through the rigorous questioning session.
The award would not have been possible without the hard work and support of all our previous committees members, managers, assistants, coaches, parents, sponsors, leagues and governing bodies who have helped put the club in a position to be competing for such prestigious awards.
