MDL Premier Reserve Trophy Presentation
This afternoon at Tully Park the Club Reserves enjoyed their last outing of the season at home to Ardee Celtic in a league game that was of no real significance to either side. Celtic, who were declared champions last Monday night following results elsewhere, won the game 5-1 thanks to goals by Michael Tyndall (penalty), Matthew Scanlon, Danny Quinn, Gordon Flood & Alan McCormack.
After the game John Gorman of the Meath & District League presented the trophy to Celtic captain Andy Reilly & the celebrations began in style.
Once again, congratulations to all the players & especially to manager Luke Dempsey & his assistant John Barry.
Our thanks to Ardee for coming to Trim to fulfill the fixture.
