MDL Cup Draw

Celtic have been drawn at home to Ardee Celtic in the quarter final of the MDL Challenge Cup - a pairing that adds extra spice to next Sunday’s League match between the two sides in Ardee. Manager Alan Kirwan (pictured) was philosophical upon hearing the draw. ‘There are eight good teams left at this stage. Celtic have already drawn 1-1 with Ardee in Tully Park at the start of the season but with the form we are in right now we must be confident of advancing’ he reacted. The match will be played on Sunday 11th March.

The other ties are Rock Celtic V Duleek, Electro Celtic V Botown and Navan Town V Albion Rovers.
