The Club had four Schoolboy teams in action today and all finished on the winning dide in their respective NECSL League matches.
John Sweeney saw his 11s continue their excellent early season form with a 4-1 win away in Kells. On target were Kevin Nally (2), Neil Sweeney & Chris O’Gara. The 12s travelled to Bailieboro and came home with all three points after an impressive 4-3 result. Having been 0-2 down early in the seconf half, this was a very satisfactory win. Scorers not known yet. John Marron switched his game to Slane and won 2-0 in a keenly contested game. Darragh Scannell & Ian Keogh were the marksmen. Michael Loughlin took the 16s to Kells and won an exciting game 3-2 after falling behind early on. The goals were scored by Stephen Moriarty, Eoin Hanson & Adam Whelan.
