Celtic’s Ladies lost out by the odd goal in five this evening when they went down to neighbours Parkvilla in the Dublin Women’s League. Going into the second half 0-2 down they staged a magnificent come back to level the scores with ten minutes remaining, only to lose the gameĀ in the very last kick of the ball. The result leave the Ladies with only a very slim chance of victory in the League but spirits were high afterwards nonetheless and they will go into their next game away to Ratoath next Monday determined to get back to winning ways. Avril McGowan and Karen Ball were on target.
