Trim Celtic scorers: Graham Higgins, James Costello Trim Celtic found it hard to compete with a more physical and skilful Athboy. However they never gave up and were always in contention on the score board.

Best for Trim Celtic were Tomas Markey, Patrick Scanlon and Mark Hibbits.

Albion 0 – 2 Trim Celtic

Halftime: 0 – 0

Trim Celtic scorers: Sean Foley, Jonathan Shaw Trim Celtic made the long trip to Albion and came away with an excellent victory which brings them back into contention for the league. The first half was a tight affair with neither side creating any clear chances. Sean Foley broke the deadlock with ten minutes remaining with an excellent run and shot. Jonathan Shaw added the second on fulltime from a David O’Connor corner.

Best for Trim Celtic were Jamie Lee, Darren Melia, Jonathan Shaw, Colm Smith and Shane Mooney.

Halftime: 2 – 1

Trim Celtic scorers: Sean McGee, Fionn Nally, Sam Millen Trim got off to a busy start and were working hard to create openings.

Finally, after a goal mouth scramble, Fionn Nally did well to give Trim the lead. Sam Millen added to the lead before half time before Parkvilla scored their only goal. In the 2nd half, Trim dominated and Sean McGee put away two very well taken goals.

Trim Celtic Lions 5 – 0 Navan Town

In the 2nd game, while Navan worked hard, Trim were always on top and played the ball around very well. Sam Millen pounced to take the first goal and Sean McGee added a 2nd before half time. Goals from Sam Millen, Sean McGee and James Toher in the second half put Trim out of sight for a well deserved victory.
